Mr. Sabuni possesses experience of more than 15 years in the financial sector, working for microfinance and commercial banks – handling commercial and retail customers.
He found AEL Finance in 2016 from a cubicle and one-staff member, growing it to medium sized enterprise. While he strives to develop strong governance to support growth of the company, Mr. Sabuni remains hands-on to ensure the company’s vision is attained whilst living its value.
In a few years to come, he is determined to achieve the vision of the company, driving it to become one of the preferred microfinance companies in Tanzania
