The Board of Directors is an independent professional body providing strategic advice and support to the CEO and the management of AEL Finance. The Board comprises a team of five industry executives with hands-on experiences in banking and microfinance, legal and taxation,business operations, finance and accounting, human resource and talent management, and governance and management consulting.
