Mr. Bonaventure joined AEL Finance in early 2023 as a Credit and Risk Manager. He has more than eight years’ experience in Microfinance. His experience spans from working as a Credit officer, and Regional Manager with Brac Tanzania Finance Ltd, and as Business Centre Manager with VisionFund Microfinance Bank.
