Consumer loans are small and medium loans offered to employees working for reputable and steady organizations. They are offered to enable employee(s) resolve their finanical needs.

Employee Loan

A loan product offered to employees working for reputable and stable organizations, for personal financial needs;

  • The loan amount ranges from TZS 3 million to TZS 30 million;
  • The repayment tenure is between 1 months to 12 months.

Personal Emergency Loan

An emergency loan offered to existing consumer loan customer. It is mainly offered as additional or top-up loan

  • The loan amount ranges from Tzs. 1 million upto 25% of the initialprinciple loan
  • The repayment tenure ranges from 1 month to 6 months

Consumer Asset-Financing (Gari Loan)

This loan product caters to employees. Its primary purpose is to finance the purchase of motor vehicles from either local or international dealers;

  • The main source of loan repayment is salary.
  • Customer is required to contribute at least thirty five percent (35%) of thetotal cost of acquiring the asset
  • Repayment period is 1 months to 18 months

Insurance Premium Financing

A loan product offered to enable employee pay for insurance cover in lumpsum

  • Customer is required to contribute at least 25% of the total premium
  • Repayment period ranges from 1 to 6 months

Housing Loan (Makazi Bora)

The financing is offered to enable employee or landlord to afford personal housing needs, such as renovation, furnishing, house redesigning etc

  • Loan amount ranges from Tzs. 10m to Tzs. 30m
  • Loan tenure is from 3months to 6 months
  • Borrower will contribute at least 25% of the total cost
  • If it is rental business, rents from same rentals can be additional source of repayment
