- First loan for business, employee, emergency, insurance – premium financing: Turnaround time of up to 72 hours
- First loan for asset financing: Turnaround time of up to 4 working days
- Repeat loans for all loans: Turnaround time of between 24 to 48 hours;
- Insurance cover note: Turnaround time of 1 hour
- First Insurance policy: Turnaround time of 2 working days
- Insurance claim assessment: Turnaround time of 5 working days
- Insurance claim settlement: Turnaround time of 14 working days
