Mr. Aidan is our Business Development Manager (BDM), focusing on company sustainable growth and expanding market reach. He leads the sales, customer retention, and CRM team as a whole. Having joined AEL Financial Services in April 2024, he brings over 8 years of experience in the microfinance sector.
Previously, he worked in various positions at ASA Microfinance International in Tanzania, gaining expertise in microfinance practice and management.
