Dennis possesses more than nine years of experience in the Microfinance industry. He worked with ASA International Microfinance Tanzania Ltd, in various positions including Loan Officer, Assistant Branch Manager, Branch Manager, and finally Area Manager before joining AEL Finance in November 2023.
He is a Certified Microfinance Professional (CMP) by the Bank of Tanzania (BOT). Mr. Dennis assists the CEO in overseeing company’s daily operations, and making sure the strategies are well implemented.
